The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no - 1 to expeditiously decide the pending case no.1892 of 2021 (Smt. Tripti Shrivastava verses Mrs Deepti Shrivastava and ors), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mohanlal ganj Lucknow." 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that even the written statement has not been filed. 4. Considering the said submissions, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application under Order 8 Rule 10 CPC. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided by the court concerned in accordance with law.
