According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the suit has been filed under Section 70 of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act and therefore, only who is a party to the proceedings before the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department can be made as a party to the suit. Therefore, no third party can be impleaded in the suit. 3.
