Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shyam Kumar Ray, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 2. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that a stay application preferred against the action of the respondent in taking notice is yet to be considered by the DRT. 3. It is stated that after the writ petition was filed, another notice of possession was issued on 12.03.2025 proposing to take possession on 27.03.2025. 4. Considering the fact that S.A. is pending, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application for early hearing and grant of interim relief before the DRT. 5. In case such an application is filed by tomorrow i.e. 26.03.2025, the DRT shall endeavour to decide the said application within a period of one week only in context of the interim direction. 6. For a period of one week from today, the possession shall not be taken from the petitioner.
