Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in his evidence before the trial court, respondent no.2 – complainant has categorically stated that his grievance is only against Girish Chandra and not against the applicants. 5. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the case against Girish Chandra has already been compounded between the parties and on the basis of compromise the proceedings were put to an end by this Court, qua, Girish Chandra vide order dated 30.07.2021, passed in C482 No.989 of 2021, Girish Chandra Vs. State. 6. In view of this statement made by respondent no.2 before the trial court, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present C528 application with liberty to file a fresh C528 application along with compounding application. 7. In this view of the matter, the C528 application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 08.01.2025 SK
