Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as an accused in P.R.C. No.17 of 2023 before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Dhone, Nandyal District, for the alleged offence under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and that the petitioner is innocent. Even as per the charge sheet, the deceased was suffering from stomach pain, consumed Super Vasmol, and died while undergoing treatment. Hence, the charge sheet does not substantiate the allegations against the petitioner under Section 306 of IPC. 3. Considering the submission, it is left open to the petitioner to present all these grounds before the trial court when the matter proceeds to trial.
