ANJARIA) It is in respect of the order dated 06.02.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in pending Writ Petition No.8464 of 2023 that the present contempt petition is filed alleging contempt thereof. 2. Learned Single Judge directed the parties not to alienate, encumber or create any third party rights for the subject matter. Not only that the order is interim in nature, the direction is to both the sides not to alienate or transfer the property which was made subject to further orders in the writ petition. There is no trapping of finality to persuade the Court to invoke the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 3. The complainant is at liberty to work out his rights and remedies before learned Single Judge where the parent proceedings of writ petition are pending at large on merits. 4.
