By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following main relief(s):- "1. यह कक ककई आददश यय कनदरश जक उतपदषण ( ररट आफ सरसयरयरर) कक पकक कत कय हक, कक कनररत करतद हहए कवपकर सस०-3 दयरय पयररत आददश कदनयसक-06.03.2025, कमपययटररकक त आवददन ससखयय-टर-802025002216 अनतररत धयरय 80 रयजसव ससकहतय ( ससलगक सस0-1) कक अपयसत/ अकभखणणणत करनद कक कक पय करर। 2. यह कक ककई आददश यय कनदरश जक परमयददश ( ररट आफ ममणणमस) कक पकक कत कय हक, कक कनररत करतद हहए कवपकर सस0-1 व 3 कक कनदरकशत करनद कक कक पय करर कक वक पयरररनर / ययकचनर कद रयटय सस0-694 रकबय 312.94 वरर मरटर कद बमनयमम कक 80 रयजसव ससकहतय आवयसरय मर दजर कर आवयसरय भयकम कद वतरमयन बयजयरर ककमत ( सककर ल रदट) कद अननसयर मनआवजय ददनद कक कक पय करर।" To establish that the affidavit(s) annexed as Annexure No. 10, at page Nos. 58- 69 of this petition, were submitted before the respondent No. 3/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Raebareli, who rejected the application of the petitioner preferred under Section 80 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (in short "Code of 2006") registered as Computerized Case No. T802025002216 vide order impugned dated 06.03.2025, no document has been placed on record. Accordingly, this Court finds no force in the instant petition. At this stage, Ms. Suman Lata, learned counsel for the petitioner says that she may be permitted to withdrawn the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents, if any, annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per relevant Rules in this regard.
