Learned counsel for the petitioners admits that the earlier writ petition no.19199/2013 filed by them with same relief came to be withdrawn by them vide order dated 22.04.2024 passed by this Court. However, the aforesaid writ petition was withdrawn without seeking liberty to file a fresh writ petition. In view thereof, the successive writ petition with the same relief is not maintainable. Resultantly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. (MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL),J DIKSHA /38
