This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 498 A/341/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. Issuance of notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. clearly suggests that there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in instant case. The petitioner has approached this Court after issuance of the notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C., since, I am of the opinion that there is no threat of arrest, since, notice under Section 41 A has been issued, I am disposing of this application of the petitioner. 4.
