GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORDER The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in withholding an amount of Rs.19,99,876/- in relation the work of construction of community hall at Bhanumukkala near SC Colony, Banaganapalli village, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today when the matter is taken for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj submitted the instructions of the Executive Engineer (FAC), PR (PIU) Division, Nandyal vide Lr.Rc.No.A3/WP No.24980/2025, dated 23.03.2026 and would submit that an amount of Rs.18,82,199/- after statutory deductions, was paid to the petitioner vide Token No.2025-2574897, dated 20.03.2026. 3. Ms.Deepika, learned counsel representing Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly endorses receipt of payment by the petitioner. 4. Since the amount was paid to the petitioner pending the writ petition, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Dismissed. No order as to costs.
