They further pray for a direction to the Opp. Party No. 3 to register the Harvester/Combine Machine and issue its registration-certificate to them within the stipulated time fixed by the Court. The grounds given in the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 do not suffer from any error in facts or in law nor it could be pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner as to how in view of the embargo placed by the Government of India vide its Notification as to registration of such Bharat Stage-3 Shreni (TREM) 37 KW (49.5 HP) Engine Fitted Harvester, has not been adhered. The said notification has not been challenged. In these circumstances, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
