The memo is taken on record. It reads as follows:- "The under signed counsel for the petitioner in the above petition is herewith submits that, the petitioner has filed this petition by challenging the Order passed by the Hon'ble District and Session Judge in Mis. No.18/2018 dated 07.12.2018, by confirming the Order of Respondent No.1 dated 09.02.2018 passed under Section 321(3) of the Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act against the petitioner. While pending of the writ petition the petitioner has dismantled/removed the Mobile Tower erected on the Schedule Property and cancelled the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15260 WP No. 1676 of 2019 registered lease deed dated 27.09.2017 by entering in to the registered surrender of lease deed dated 19.11.2020, and same has been intimated by way of letter dated 25.11.2020 given to the 1st respondent. In respect of the same and for kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner is herewith produced the copy of the surrender of lease deed and the photograph's for dismantled the mobile tower are herewith produced along with this memo, same may kindly be taken on record in the interest of justice." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the subsequent developments, the relief sought for in this petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
