Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. G. Hazarika, learned Standing Counsel for the Revenue Department. 2. The present writ petition is filed alleging an order dated 12.02.2025, whereby the application filed by the petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate for sale of land was rejected on account of certain defects. 3. At this stage, Mr. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits he has instruction to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh application seeking No Objection Certificate in this regard. 4. This Court is of the view that there is no bar for filing a fresh application seeking No Objection Certificate, if there are certain defects. 5.
