Yakoob vs Mohd, Ayyub and others ) within stipulated period which is pending before him forthwith or as per direction of this Hon'ble Court (Contained as Annexure No. 1) to this petition." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines. 4.
