The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.96 of 2025 arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 109(1), 331(6), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act and cognizance has been taken under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 109(1), 331(6), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur. The petitioner had demanded Rangdari from the informant. He had sent two persons to collect the demanded amount. It further appears that in order to enforce the demand of Rangdari, the accused persons opened fire, due to which, Ajit Kumar Singh sustained injuries in his hand. It was submitted that though there is allegation of firing against the petitioner, but he is in custody since 09.12.2024. It was further submitted that injury was caused on the none vital on the body of the informant. It was finally submitted that co-accused Bharat Kamat @ Bharat Kumar Kamat @ Bharat Kamad has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.11131 of 2024. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur, in connection with S.T. Case No.96 of 2025 arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
