The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove illegal encroachment of the opposite party no. 5 and 6 over the land of Khalihan record in revenue record on Khasra No. 333, in Khatauni of Village Ambari, Pargana Pandarwa tahsil Shahabad District Hardoi, in the interest of Justice." 2. The Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that preliminary inquiries have been done and suit, the proceedings will be initiated under Section 67. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed off with the directions to the respondent no.3 to ensure that the proceedings are initiated and concluded at the earliest within the time as prescribed with the statute.
