Heard Sri Rama Kant Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Sri Yogesh Awasthi, learned State Counsel, Sri Pankaj Kumar Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing for opposite party no.3 and Sri Shishir Pradhan, learned Counsel appearing as Caveator. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "i. यह ककि ममा० उच्च न्यमायमालय प्रकतिवमाददी ससंख्यमा 2 दमारमा एकि पकदीय पमाररति असंतिररति आददेश कदनमासंकि 17.12.2024 कनरस्ति किरनदे किमा आददेश प्रदमान किरनदे किकी किक पमा किरदे। ii. यह ककि ममा० उच्च न्यमायमालय दमारमा अवममाननमा यमाकचकिमा 2481 सनन् 2009 मम पमाररति आददेश कदनमासंकि 25.08.2009 किदे पमालन मदे प्रकतिवमाददी ससंख्यमा 3 व 4 किको यमाचदी किकी भभूकम किमा कदयमा गयमा किब्जदे मम प्रकतिवमाददी ससंख्यमा 2 किको हस्तिमाकदेप किरनदे सदे रकोकिनदे किमा आददेश पमाररति किरनदे किकी किक पमा किरदे। iii. यह ककि ममा० उच्च न्यमायमालय प्रकतिवमाददी ससंख्यमा 2 किदे समक कवचमारमाधदीन सदेकिदे ण्ड अपदील ससंख्यमा 4205 / 2024, किमरचमारदी रमाज्य बदीममा कनगम व अन्य बनमामन् रमामककिशशुन व अन्य किको गशुण दकोष किदे आधमार पर शदीघ्र कनस्तिमाररति किरनदे किमा आददेश प्रदमान किरनदे किकी किक पमा किरदे।" Taking note of Section 209 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 ( in short 'Code of 2006') as also the contents of order dated 17.12.2024 impugned herein, whereby the second Appellate Authority/Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow (in short 'second appellate authority') admitted the appeal and protected the interest of the appellant , this Court is of the view that in the impugned order no interference of this Court is required and justice would suffice if a direction is issue to the second appellate authority to conclude the proceedings, pending in the appeal within a period of six months, if possible and if there is no legal impediment in this regard as according to para 458(2) of U.P. Revenue Court Manual, an appeal or revision should preferably be decided within a period of six months. Ordered accordingly. Ordered accordingly.
