Case No. 298/2023, registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted informant and her husband by means of iron rod and sickle, as a result of which, both of them sustained grievous injury. 4.
