The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) issue an order or direction specifically directing the Opp. Party No. 2 i.e. Learne Civil Judge (Senior Division) to decide/adjudicate the three Civil suits (i. Rusheeda Khatoon v. Gulam Alauddin Haider R.S. No. 431/2012 along with ii. Gulam Alauddin Haider v. Rusheeda Khatoon R.S. No. 432/2012 and iii. Rusheeda Khatoon v. Gulam Alauddin Haider R.S. No. 2362/2015) which are pending before him (whose order sheets are annexed as Annexure No.1, No.2. and No.3) within a stipulated time period, in the interest of justice;" 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the learned Civil Judge to consider and decide the abovesaid suits in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
