The present petition raises a grievance to the effect that there has been an inordinate delay in uploading of the daily orders in respect of case bearing no. DC/85/CC/24/489 pending consideration before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-III (West District) GNCT of Delhi (hereinafter ‘the District Commission’). 2. After some hearing, the petitioner, who appears in person, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the District Commission. The District Commission is requested to expeditiously deal with, and pass an appropriate order on the said application, as and when the same is filed by the petitioner. 3. Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome thereof, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law. 4. The present petition is disposed of in the above terms.
