Learned counsel for the parties made a statement at bar that parties have entered into a settlement by which applicant no.1-Smt. Jyoti Panchpal and respondent no.2-Pramod Kumar Shukla got separated by way of a decree of mutual divorce dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Family Court, Pithoragarh in mutual Divorce Petition No.47 of 2024. 5. It has also been agreed between the parties that all the matters pending between them shall be withdrawn. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties and pursuant to agreement arrived at between the parties, impugned summoning order dated 27.09.2023 passed by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Complaint Case No.5037 of 2022, Pramod Kumar Shukla Vs. Smt. Jyoti Panchpal & others, as also the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case are hereby quashed. 7. C482 application stands disposed of accordingly. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 13.05.2025 SK
