Considering the fact that the first respondent Syndicate Bank is merged with Canara Bank, this Court is of the view that the proposed party/Canara Bank is required for proper adjudication. Further, there is also no objection on the side of the first respondent in allowing this petition. 3.Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered. 4.
