Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, who preferred instructions which are taken on record. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submitted that respondent no.4 himself submitted before police authority concerned that he is now well satisfied with the marriage solemnized between petitioners and family of respondent no.4 is having now good relation with family of petitioner no.2 and they use to exchange visits in cordial manner. 4. After having been the statement submitted by respondent no.4, there is hardly any cause of action survives in favour of the petitioners to pursue the instant petition, hence dismissed.
