According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complaint in this case and based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.928 of 2022 has been registered for the offences under Sections 467 and 471 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition. 3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and awaiting for a report from the forensic lab. After receipt of the report from the forensic lab, they will file the final report within one month. 4.
