The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing the respondent No. 1 to expedite the proceedings and decide the Divorce Suit No. 4470 of 2022 Under Section 13(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as Rajat Kulshrestha Versus Shrinkhala Bhatt, within the time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2022, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered in in accordance with law. 4.
