The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite parties especially opposite party no.2 & 3 to grant the license for allotment of the Fair Price Shop in respect of Gram Panchayat-Asandra, Block-Siddhaur, Tehsil- Haidergarh. District-Barabanki under the category of dying in harness rules, in favour of the petitioner expeditiously in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 4. Any allotment made in meanwhile shall be subject to the outcome of the decision on the application.
