Learned State Counsel submits that the present C-528 application was disposed of by this Court on 24.02.2025, requesting the court concerned to make an endeavour to decide Criminal Case No. 1150 of 2021, titled State vs. Vinay Pratap & Another, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the said order. 4. A Time Extension Application (I.A. No. 2 of 2025) has been moved by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Narendra Nagar, Tehri Garhwal, through the District Judge, stating that due to certain circumstances, the said case could not be concluded within the prescribed time. Accordingly, an extension of three months has been sought for concluding the trial. 5. For the reasons stated in the application, the Time Extension Application is allowed. 6. Consequently, further three months’ time is granted to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Narendra Nagar, Tehri Garhwal to decide of Criminal Case No. 1150 of 2021 titled State vs. Vinay Partap & Another.
