The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing the respondent No. 1 to expedite the proceedings and decide the Divorce Suit No. 3380 of 2021 Under Section 13 (1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as Priya Singh Versus Janmejay Singh, within the time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Suit before the court concerned and the the trial court shall endevour to conclude the said suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. 4.
