Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Block development Officer to conduct an open meeting of Gram Sabha for allotment of Fair Price Shop situated at village Sarai Bhimsen, Block Mandhata, District Pratapgarh. (ii). Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.-3 to decide the representation of the petitioner." 3. Considering the fact that there is prescription in the Government Order for holding the meeting, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application before the respondent no.3, who shall take action on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and in terms of the Government Order dated 05.08.2019 expeditiously.
