Learned Additional Advocate General has handedover a cheque in a sum of Rs.5000/- in the name of petitioner to his learned counsel, in terms of the direction issued in order dated 23.12.2024 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has also placed on record a copy of office instructions dated Nil January 2025 from the Director Elementary Education. As per these instructions, the judgment in question stands complied with by passing a consideration order dated 08.01.2025. Copy of consideration order has also been appended with the instructions. Taking note of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter and the same is closed. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for their surviving grievance(s), including if any against the consideration order.
