In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private- respondent is hereby dispensed with. The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) To direct the opposite party no. 2 to decide the Recall Application filed by the father of petitioners namely, Asha Ram for recall of the order dated 27.08.2020 which was passed in Case No. 3 filed U/S 9-B of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act (Smt. Nisha Verma Vs. State of U. P.), pending before it since 11.09.2020, expeditiously." Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and period of pendency of the application in issue, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no. 2 to decide the recall application for recall of the order dated 27.08.2020 which was passed in Case No. 3 filed U/S 9-B of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act, expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party, within a period of three months, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
