JUSTICE BISWAJIT PALIT Order 16/09/2025 This bail application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is filed for granting bail to the accused in custody namely, Sri Nandan Ghosh in connection with East Agartala PS Case No.2025/EAG/075 registered under Sections 406/420/506/34 of IPC. Heard Learned Counsel, Mr. Samrat Ghosh appearing on behalf of the accused in custody. Also heard Learned P.P., Mr. Raju Datta appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. It is informed by Learned P.P., Mr. Datta appearing for the respondent-State that outside the Court, the accused in custody has returned back the money which he received from the informant of this case. Learned Counsel, Mr. Ghosh urged for granting bail to the accused in custody on the ground that the only one daughter of the accused person is suffering from illness and is admitted in the hospital. I have perused the order dated 10.09.2025 passed by Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Judicial District, Agartala (for short, Learned CJM). (2) Considering the nature and gravity of the offence, the prayer of the accused in custody is allowed. The accused may be enlarged on bail on his execution of bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of Learned CJM with the condition that he shall appear before the I.O. as and when called for, for the sake of investigation, if requires, i.d. to remain in J/C as before. Return back the case diary to I.O. through Learned P.P. along with a copy of this order. Also a copy of this order be supplied to Learned counsel appearing for the accused in custody in course of the day for information and compliance. Also a copy of this order be communicated to Learned CJM, West Judicial District, Agartala. With this observation, the present bail application stands allowed and disposed of.
