Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Pursuant to the orders passed in this execution petition from time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 01.01.2026 from the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh. The said office instructions state that Pension Payment Order (PPO) has now been issued in favour of the petitioner on 19.12.2025 by the office of Accountant General, H.P.; Vide letter dated 30.12.2025, the petitioner had been directed to attend the office of the District Treasury Officer Dharamshala for completing the codal formalities for release of pension. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above fact. 3. Respondents to ensure release of admissible pension/pension arrears in favour of the petitioner within outer limited of six weeks. Petitioner to also cooperate with the respondents in completing the remaining codal formalities, if any. 4. The present petition to stand disposed of in above terms.
