THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION No.32644 of 2025 ORDER:- 1. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent No.2, in issuing show cause notice in SCN/1052201171/25, dated 07.11.2025 by calling upon the petitioner to surrender petitioner’s passport bearing No.AG705164, dated 30.10.2025 and further proposed impoundment of the passport under Section 10(3)(b) of the Passport Act, 1967 on the ground of pending criminal case, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently, prayed to set-aside the show cause said notice. 2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.Satvik, learned counsel representing Mr.Javvaji Sharath Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3. Permission is granted. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
