Through this petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the impugned charge-sheet dated 7.2.2025 issued by the opposite party no.3 in-contemplation of the disciplinary proceedings. 3. Perused the record so also the charge-sheet, as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 4. Perusal of the charge-sheet prima facie shows involvement of the petitioner due to which the alleged prisoner ran away from the custody of the police. There appears to be no illegality in the impugned charge-sheet. 5. The petition, being devoid of merit, is accordingly dismissed.
