Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of arrears of salary to petitioner for the period of his suspension from 05.06.2023 to 08.12.2023 along with interest. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided instructions in the matter and submits that a show cause notice has already been issued to petitioner and final order will be passed once petitioner submits his reply for the same. 4. In view of aforesaid, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a representation before respondent no. 3 i.e., District Panchayat Raj Officer, Gonda, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
