Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri M.K. Mishra, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.1. The Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 20.02.2025 whereby, the impleadment application filed by the petitioner claiming to be a licensee over the premises in question, was rejected. 3. The facts in brief are that the opposite party no.1 had filed an eviction proceedings agaisnt the opposite party no.2. In the said eviction petition, the petitioner had filed an impleadment application, which came to be rejected by means of the order dated 14.02.2020. Challenging the said order, the petitioner had filed a revision, which too came to be dismissed. No further challenge was made to the said two orders. In the meanwhile, the eviction proceedings was decreed in favour of the opposite party no.1 against which the opposite party no.2 has filed a revision, which is pending. The petitioner once again moved an application for impleadment, which has been rejected by means of the impugned order. 4. Considering the fact that the impleadment application of the petitioner stood rejected in the earlier round of litigation, the second application for impleadment on the same ground was not maintainable and was rightly rejected. 5. In view of above, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
