Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the fact that despite the opportunity/liberty the petitioner has not raised any grievance before the respondents qua the same, that the petitioner has raised the issue qua wrong answer key at a belated stage, therefore, applying the principle of acquiescence and doctrine of delay and laches, this Court deems it apposite to dismiss the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. (SAMEER JAIN),J CHANDAN /136
