The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent Nos.3 and 4 at the instance of unofficial respondents. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed I.P No.61 of 2023, on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ananthapuram District. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners have also appeared in Court and are perusing the insolvency petition. It is further submitted that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are pressurizing the petitioners and obtaining blank documents in favor of respondents Nos.5 to 31. 3. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4. There shall be a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law, and they are further directed not to insist on the petitioners to settle the claims of unofficial respondents in any manner without following the due process of law. 5. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
