Lucknow and ors decided on 12.02.2025 4. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. The order impugned dated 13.09.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition is quashed. 5. Competent authority shall proceed to pass a fresh order in accordance with law and the relevant rules. 6. Let such an order be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
