Shri Singh contends that considering the order of the writ court dated 24.05.2024 which was to decide the representation of the petitioner, the same has been decided vide order dated 12.09.2025, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the compliance affidavit. 3. Considering the aforesaid, it cannot be said that now the respondents run in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court. 4. The contempt petition stands dismissed. Notices stand discharged. 5. However, it would be open for the applicant to challenge the said order before the appropriate court in appropriate proceedings.
