No. 434 of 2016 has been dismissed by the High Court on 21.11.2024, and as of now, the said order of the High Court has not been challenged. We fail to understand as to how a writ petition is maintainable challenging an action consequential to the aforesaid order, therefore, nothing falls for adjudication in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
