By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed the following relief:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to consider the transfer of the petitioner from the post of Office Assistant (Group B) working as Head Cashier posted at Pathardeva Branch, Regional Office Deoria, to Regional Office, Ayodhya under Regulation 74 of the Baroda U. P. Bank (Officers & Employees) Service Regulations, 2020. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to consider the representation dated 24.02.2025, of the petitioner moved before him, contained ANNEXURE NO. 05 to this writ petition." At the very outset, Sri Avdhesh Shukla has stated that the petitioner has not submitted her joining and unless and until she submits her joining at the present place of posting, her grievance may not be redressed. He has further submitted that the competent authority to take decision is General Manager, Baroda U.P. Bank, Head Office Gorakhpur. So after submitting her joining, the petitioner should prefer a fresh representation to such authority, so that the appropriate decision may be taken in her case. On that the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner shall submit her joining at the present place of posting and shall prefer her representation to the authority which has been apprised by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, but direction may be issued to take appropriate decision at the earliest. Therefore, in view of the above, without entering into merits of the issue, I hereby dispose of this petition finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation to the General Manager, Baroda U.P. Bank, Head Office Gorakhpur ventilating her grievance taking all pleas and grounds which are available with her which are necessary for disposal of the representation within a period of fifteen days from today and if such representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid stipulated time, the authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the same strictly, by speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if it is so required, with expedition preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the decision thereof shall be intimated to the petitioner forthwith. It is needless to say that the aforesaid representation would be preferred after submitting joining at the transferred place of posting.
