A.No.805 of 2025 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of V.Kumari, the 1st defendant herein. A.No.806 of 2025 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to bring on record the respondents 7 to 10 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased V.Kumari, the 1st defendant herein. 2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing these three applications. 3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed. 4.
