Hussain, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 and Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondents. Ms. R. Kakoti, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the criminal petition, the petitioner had expired and in support of the aforesaid submission, she places the Death Certificate dated 19.07.2021, which indicates that the petitioner had expired on 18.04.2021. A copy of the said Death Certificate is kept on record and marked as ‘X’. Mr. B. Hussain, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 also submits that before the death of the petitioner, the matter has been already amicably settled between the petitioner and the respondent No. 4.
