By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that both the petitioners are leading their peaceful marital life there is no threat to their lives. 4. In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for petitioners, there is no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition and as such, the present petition stands disposed of.
