M LAKSHMI NARAYANA The Court made the following: 3 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY CONTEMPT CASE No.4075 of 2025 ORDER: 1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 18.09.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in W.P.No.19326 of 2025, wherein this Court had passed the following interim order; “Considering the fact that the petitioner had retired from service on 31.07.2024 i.e. nearly fifteen (15) months have elapsed there from, this court issued the following interim directions; (i) The Respondents shall fix the provisional pension amount payable to the Petitioner and pay the same from the date of due i.e. from 01.08.2024 till date, within a period of four (4) weeks from today; (ii) The Respondents shall also consider releasing of leave encashment and 80% of gratuity as provided under G.O.Rt.No.1097, dated 22.06.2000 within a period of four (4) weeks from today; (iii) The Respondents shall also release GIS amounts due to the Petitioner since the same cannot be withheld with the Respondents within a period of four (4) weeks from today.” 2. The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the amounts had been paid to the Petitioner as under; 4 Sl.No. Name of the benefit Amount Credited on 1. Provision Pension for Rs.46,643/- and Rs.12,80,000/- (80%) of Gratuity are sanctioned vide Lr.No.PAG(A&E)/AP/P2/1/A-393/SP852/2025- 10/4368, Dated: 13.11.2025 of the Sr. Accounts Officer, O/o the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada. Gratuity amount for Rs.12,80,000/- was paid vide bill No.1979921-2025 & 1979032-2025. Pension amount with arrears for Rs.10,65,010/- & Net amount Rs.9,53,409/- was paid The amounts were credited to the bank account of beneficiary on 05.01.2026. Leave Encashment in respect of Sri E. Ashok Kumar Goud, DSP-9711 who retired on 31.07.2024 AN. Latest status of Bills 2. Bill No. 2025-1825741 (AP & Tel Share), Dt.11.11.2025 Bills were encashed and credited to the beneficiary bank account on 25.12.2025 3. Bill No. 2025-1825472 (AP Share), Dt.11.11.2025 Rs.5,34,214/- GIS in respect of Sri E. Ashok Kumar Goud, DSP-9711 who retired on 31.07.2024 AN 4. Bill No. 2025-1780344, dated 28.10.2025 Bill was encashed and credited to the beneficiary bank account on 25.12.2025 Rs.83,161/- 5 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Surrender Leave amount was not paid to the Petitioner. In reply, the counsel for the Respondents would submit that the same would be complied with as expeditiously as possible. 4. In the light of the compliance of the interim orders of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
