Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1, 2 and 3 to proceed in accordance with law and may also be directed to the opposite party no.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners and do fair and proper investigation and to take necessary steps and action in pursuance of Application dated 12/03/2025 in the interest of justice contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that a complaint was made by petitioner no.1 and only to ascertain the facts and look into the said matter, petitioners were called by the police and now the said enquiry has been completed and petitioners are not required by the police anymore. 4.
