The instant anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. have been filed by petitioners, apprehending their arrest in FIR No.357/2024 registered at Police Station Kaman, District Deeg for offences under Sections 379, 411, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC and Section 66-D of the I.T. Act, 2008. 2. Counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case in respect of [2025:RJ-JP:23703] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-4200/2025] committing online fraud. He further submits that accused- petitioner-Ammena, who is a woman, at least be granted benefit of pre-arrest bail. However, after arguing for some time and having instructions of petitioners, counsel for petitioners does not want to press these bail applications and states that petitioners are ready to surrender before the concerned Court. 3. In view of above, the bail applications are dismissed as not press. 4. In case petitioners surrender themselves before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from today and move a regular bail application which is to be filed before 12.00 PM of working day, the concerned Court may make an endeavor to decide the bail application expeditiously as early as possible, on the same day, if possible.
