ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.1 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., 1973 to quash the F.I.R in RC.18(a)/2023-CBI/ACB/VSKP at Police Station, C.B.I., A.C.B.,, Visakhapatnam.
2. Sri P.Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1 sought permission to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition.
3. Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor representing C.B.I. is present.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh petition as per law.
As a sequel thereto, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
